How can CFE lose?
If CHM dont win the court case. They still owes us $6.5Million and we have Sage and Bontempo on the board to make sure we get it back with interest.
If ILP put CHM in recievership. We are a creditor and when the assets are sold we are very likely to get back all or most of our $6.5 Million.
As shareholders Sage and Bontempo could lose in this case but not CFE, do you think Sage would risk his own dough?
On the other hand if we win the court case and CHM don't go into receivership .. well massive upside.
Worth the risk - my money is on Sage to pull this one off.
(I'm full at the moment but so tempted to stock up on some more ..)
