I agree TS certainly has the knack of sniffing out opportunities. His research people are to be congratulated.
Even if the court case was lost, we as investors would still win.The shares Cape Lambert get now for 1.5 cents in CHM are well below the current market which is over 4 cents. Options are also available at 1.5 cents
If court decision is in company's favout, shares are sure to rise and the strategic alliance is even more valuable.
In the West Australian today there is also mention of the Carmichael buy recommendation and its target assessment of 80 cents.
The market seems to be reacting well and maybe we can finally clear the high 30's share price
