Thanks BT,
GSK pays for further testing/ development, their lab space in Europe is used with OBJ scientists sharing the facilities ( which makes this practically our second Alliance/ partnership as costs are already shared for exchange of knowledge ).
The Strategic Alliance with the newest FMCG means that they share the risk and financial strain of partnership, there will be no need for OBJ to raise money on either front.
OBJ also has 5 mil in the bank.
Why would they need to raise money?
FIM applications will soon bring either money in form of licence advance payments or revenue incomes as these products will be fast tracked to commercialisation ( several products are currently ready for product engineering and prepared for marketing, these products were shown to several shareholders attending the AGM ).
If it is going to be the 14th of Dec that we will hear news we wait for, so be it.
No objections from me...)
All I'm convinced off is the observation that an ann is preparing itself as we repeat the procedural share price decline of mid Oct prior the GSK ann.
