My sentiment exactly. I am watching this closely. With poor integration issues and profit downgrades the ASC and debt covenant has become a real concern for Vocus management. A capital raise could be on the cards and this spontaneous rally could either be a sign a cap raise is coming with dilution headaches or the pull back to intrinsic value. Very cautious times with no news. To me no news is bad news. It usually means management is holding back to not scare investors. I honestly hope it's accumulation by instos as they see value. Hmm...
