    Yea, i agree.

    But looking at SPO, they where offered at 60% premium, and management are making a lot of trouble for DOW, logic says DOW will succeed, but its slow progress, only upto 22% (from 20) and have extended offer by 2 weeks.

    VOC could put up a much better arguments than SPO.
