Its because of Shaw & Partners analyst saying no PE is looking at buying Vocus. As per analyst there are lot of issues that would need addressing if a PE buys Vocus which includes selling 5-6 assets. They have Vocus as sell and price target of $2.15. This was in The Australian at around 10 AM.
