Caliente, if these assets are sold. it's true the cash would be used to pay down debt which on the surface implies the debt headroom would be increased but you must also consider the impact of removing those assets EBIT. I haven't yet run the numbers to determine the ratio but any profit earning asset sales need to be a high multiple in order justify the sale, otherwise what's the point: reduce debt but also reduce earnings which could lead to no improvement to the debt conditions.
