JA is an investor like me not an insider and is very well equipped in global markets. He doesn’t need to declare himself otherwise you wouldn’t stand behind a pseudonym while dishing out your comments to the forum. Declaring yourself would be of great amusement to us all.
The convertible is a hybrid instrument with debt and equity like features. Irrespective of its characterisation from a substance or accounting perspective, its funding to support TVN as JA so eloquently stated.
