Well this is either the last impulse lower, or HIO is going to shell valuation.. 10.5 was the level at the top of the channel, 7.3 is the bottom,. This is where I am nibbling , although waiting for the appendix 3B issue of shares on 10 Feb to be sure. If regal has the new stock then they will crush it , they can sell well below 7.7 cents because they made so much on the first tranche they got
