I think this every time some moron scream that they are just creating a perpetual paycheque for themselves. Why would all of them work for what a Subway manager earns? They are incentivised with stock options that are a long way up from here. Weather they are capable of delivering is a different story, but the least that you can determine is that they believe in the project.
