It is quite possible that the downward pressure on the share price is being created in whole or in part by the big boys who are participating in the insto capital raise or underwriting the retail.
If they get the price out of the money then pick up the undersubscribed retail offer they can move to pump & dump stage & pick up a quick & tidy profit.
This is pure speculation based on nothing but general market movements but is quite possible none the less.
