3. Has CTO improved or worsened its credibility with the market?
4. Has CTO's free cash and cash flow situation stayed the same, improved or worsened?
5. Has CTO been issuing greater numbers of shares at lower prices, so diluting shareholders?
6. Does CTO have many more shares on issue?
