signed the paperwork for the diamond ring at lunch today - there's no going back now. I need that UNV ring money, and I will be crossing my fingers that another 6 months delay does not eventuate. If it took a year to wrap this up then I would definitely call this an epic fail. I somewhat think this was strewn together hastily given ichor's approach, to get in without losing unv, than a company ready for the takeover.
