Hell, CZA's share price is now 9.4 cents in terms of australian currency. They could raise that 15 million from UK sophisticated investors in a heartbeat if their alternative funding falls through.
And realistically, that funding is the only real risk left for this takeover.
Sometimes its best not to question free money, but accept it with a smile on one's face.
That's my analysis anyway.
