Ok, so the announcement is out. So as I Read it the money is in the bag for their $15m of subscriptions?

So aren't we full steam ahead now with the remaining conditions? Wasn't the only remaining ones largely administrative - London relisting on AIM and one or two others i can't recall off my head? But the main ones was the $ from the two entities?


Do we still need the $5m HEI - Haoshua Energy International?? or was that just a side additional cash raised?

@beaver007 -  i can deal with the CZA shares later, but just want that $0.20 cash dammit! Watching other opportunities slip by has been the worst part about waiting.
