    What do you think it would do for Arrow's sp if Shell announced it had become a substantial holder? My guess is it would catapult AOE to about $3.50... the offer would then be about $7 for PES and BG could go do the Origin dance again..

    No idea if that is happening, but for around $75 million they could do that and not have to pay more for PES.
