Rules for the Long Term Competition
For the long term competition I will try to keep the rules as simple as possible. Entries for the competition should follow the format of the ESR post I have made. Given the nature of strategic investments, I won’t run separate TA and FA picks but will just have single entries. Contributors should feel free to include charts if they wish to.

If people fail to provide an adequate post with sufficient detail then the stock won’t be included in the competition.

I will keep tally of all entries and measure people on each individual pick’s move since entry and at 3, 6 and 12 months. I will also keep an average capital return performance for each poster who enters the competition. I will include ranking for the different time frames for each poster in the spreadsheet.
