If it is a random transaction then I would agree @Byron but I really hope its not.
HHR can't afford to wait for Viaro to move on the JV and they also can't sit and wait. They need to put some of the cash and technical knowledge they have to use.
PRM's main prospect is early stage exploration, proving up seismic and getting a farminee. Like it or not HHR have had some experience proving a prospect up and farming it out. It is also NOT in the UK North Sea!!
It would be great to see an announcement outlining HHR's strategy regarding PRM. Fingers crossed it is out Monday.
