@aero39 we got what we wished for! HHR have at least secured something which isn't in the UK North Sea. I am a big fan of keeping HHR moving while their UK North Sea position is uncertain. Better than sitting waiting for Viaro to pick us off!

Been re-watching Peaky Blinders, classic old gangster movie. One of their sayings is "big f@#cks small". Always made me a little nervous thinking about Viaro->HHR. Maybe HHR are doing their own minature version of "big f@#cks small".

Good to have someone with some knowledge of PRM here @smithy84. All I know is PRM is a microcap ($2m) with their main asset being the Big Apple lease in the Gulf of Mexico and they are currently looking to farm out to a partner. HHR bring a chunk of cash and O&G experience to PRM. Do you think that HHR can add any value?

With HHR taking 19.99% for $389k if this a strategic move with more to come? HH have the cash to buy the remainder of PRM if they like what they see moving forward.

It is strange that HHR put a "nothing release" 3 days ago yet haven't gotten around to annoucing this deal yet. I can see how PRM's board would want this news out but perhaps HHR wanted another bite before they were announced?
