I can only see one reason for HHR to invest in PRM and that would be if HHR felt that they could introduce a farminee to the Big Apple prospect which PRM has been unable to do. If HHR does have a farminee in hand then taking the remaining 80% of PRM out first would make sense.
I can't see any other reason for HHR to get into PRM. HHR don't need a vehicle to invest in the USA and PRM's other interests are a long way off.
Hopefully HHR will make an announcment soon as tell us all their strategy of investing in PRM.
