Folks -we need to understand that this deal is about far more than just iron ore to RIO. They have been under fire to share their rail network with other companies in recent times. RIO released as April 12 an announcement aimed at cutting off these moves. Worth a read.
In the same breath the AQD deal is an excellent way for RIO to show that they are willing to work in with other companies that do things the right way - the RIO way.
Make no mistake - RIO also know the value of this tenement in terms of its iron ore value. It was sitting under their nose for years.
Every director of AQD has been pouring money into this stock for months.
A number of us have been onto this since the big boom last year in AQD and we will be holding I am sure for the next six weeks.
Yes, this is my opinion - and one shared by others here I am sure.
It has never been so easy to read between the lines.
