Project equity does not mean a separate company. They simply construct a binding off take agreement, where the volumes of cobalt and nickel at the specified purity levels delivered according to a timetable in exchange for x dollars. In effect the buyers have a legal right to the product being produced at no additional cost in a specified timeframe. If the timeframe slips there will be clauses requiring either penalty payments from Sunrise or the provision of additional product.
