Huge project.Exploration started in 1996.
Accelerating from $20 million to $100 million spend per MONTH.
Intended to be in production in 2013.
Committed to start production in late 2015.They are likely to be moving a token amount of iron ore by road,100's of kms.
They have no firm Port location or a 650km rail corridor it needs to get iron ore to Port.
They need to commit to construction before engineering studies were finished.
RIO need an 11km-long jetty.
They have to refresh environmental work.
Included in the Rail corridor is 21km of tunnels.
