strategic partner

Afternoon all,
This week I read a few times on here that people believe that the announcement of the strategic partner is due to be delayed due to a 5th party joining the race. I'm just curious as to whether this is simply speculation or whether this has been spoken about by management of SDL in the publics eye? There has been no official announcement to the market stating that it will indeed be delayed...

If this is simply specualation, we only have a few more business days until we hear something.
