I reckon a WPL or someone similar would be interested in NDO... it's close to home, and easy to manage. You would think given the potential size of the reserves in the basin, NDO management would be thinking about the big picture, and deep pockets required to get things really moving along. The sacrifice of giving up part of the project to have it developed much sooner is definetly worth it imo.
