Just got off the phone with Bob,
He cannot comment on too many things (understandably) but when I asked him if he still stands by his statement to achieve a satisfactory outcome for the shareholders he said that they are both trying but so far there hasn't been a price tag put on Boseto. Once there is, an announcement will be released to the market.
Problem is, even if an expert values it at x amount, it could settle for much less. Even though shareholders can vote, what alternatives do we have?!
I asked him why coming out of TH now, as it seemed a bit rushed, he said that the deal was done. He mentioned that ASX had their view on lifting TH.
I also asked him what is left of DML once we sell Boseto as we are currently a mining company with one mine... He said they have two even larger exploration areas. Unfortunately he couldn't comment on my other question how we could possibly afford going back to exploring when we already have a set up mine with (hopefully) writing a "black NIL" or without any unforeseen expenditure even making a small profit.
He reassured me however again that they are both trying very hard to achieve the best result possible and maybe - because I'm with my back on the wall on this - I believe him.
Time will tell...
