The company would have probably preferred to stay in suspension because of trading in an "uninformed" market. (Therefore protecting S'holders from the carnage that has befallen us in the last few days)
the deal is obviously incomplete, notwithstanding it is not possible for the company to stay suspended until such time as it is finalised.
The most recent ANN was disappointing because it raised more questions than answers.
we should at least be offered some specific information on performance over Oct & Nov, (specifically what factors led to the November cashflow problems?)
