I see that the vast majority of the Retail Unitholders in the MacarthurCook Office Property Trust have taken the option to withdraw from the trust:
"On 21 February 2019, the Fund made a pay out of approximately $1.7 million with respect to requestfor withdrawal by participating Retail Unitholders under the Retail withdrawal offer dated 7thNovember that closed on 31 January 2019. An interest bearing loan was undertaken for a total sumof $1 million, on a short term basis to fund a portion of the withdrawal offer." (Half Year Accounts 31 December 2018)
