i have a feeling it isnt as bad it was it sounds like
i think it had to be done because we used up our last chance to get it right 100% trouble free
imagine if the next annoucement to the market was "we missed our target again because we we had a temporary shut down"
i think that is was what was going to be next and the share price would have got hammered and debt funding no chance
