While others are crying rort because this announcement was made right after options expiry, the way I see it is the announcement was made after expiry for a simple reason- because we need the money for the company to move forward.
what would be more of an injustice? waiting for options conversion then announcing we've can meet our target (again) or wait for conversion and suspend trading with a better strategy to solve the issues?
