It's really make or break time, it will either be a phoenix fully resurrected after 6 weeks or crash and burn.
Phil has probably run the numbers of Geelong and doesn't like what he see's. The company's operations will continue throughout the review because they'll run the ruler over every process.
An average 15% increase since July on electricity prices wouldn't have helped the operational costs.
