Doesn't read well at all.
At the worst end of the spectrum I would go with the following:
1. Geelong isn't profitable and the existing plant should never have been purchased and adapted.
2. If the Tech still works (in a new plant) then debt funding will be hard to come by and a CR is needed.
3. US plant is therefore 1yr + away and we will be burning cash until then with no income.
