It's a catch 22. They need debt to fix everything and get the plant back in operation . Without debt their cactus. So, the last thing they need is the thing that will allow them to get out of the hole they are in.
A selloff of their Queensland asserts could take time they don't have , but there will be buyers due to the Nickel and cobalt potential. And the vultures will look at it as a distressed sale.
A tin sale would give them some wriggle room and time.
