    Just been plowing through the strategic review, and would welcome others' comments:

    1. I think the sale on Century City is a good deal for AXI, and the market reaction was undeserved.

    2. Good to see more independence being built into the corporate structure

    3. Confirmation that the Port Geographe development is a bit of an albatross around AXI's neck. They are seeking to renegotiate their debt facility, and have confirmed that this project's debt is it's most costly to fund. Confirmation that sales have slowed. For anyone who lives in Perth, it comes as no surprise, and comes as further evidence that the party is over for SW WA/Perth. I would welcome an exit from this project.

    4. New proposal at Tullamarine will require more debt to be raised - interesting times indeed. The market will await eagerly the terms negotiated.

    5. An emphasis on SA seems superficially a good idea. Staying away from overheated residential property also strikes me as a good idea.

    Overall, I'm reasonably satisfied. AXI has become a long term project for me, and I'm happy to hold.
