That would imply a market cap of $500m+ based on 50% LH alone - at current 'market value', and assuming all debt wiped.
So we are looking at 32 cents being the 'base' for the share price - with no other assets or future potential priced in.
Will be interesting to see what the strategic transaction brings, we could see a significant re-rate if its a good'un.
