If investors where told 3 years ago that AZZ might be able to sell Northern Star for US$300m given the capital spend to date you would have been jumping for joy. Today thats not enough $$$??? Not sure what they paid for northern star off the top of my head, maybe someone can shed some light?

I am not saying AZZ should have sold or not but maybe JV or farm in from the potential buyer instead of issuing more con notes and drawing down debt to prove up?
