I think this is the unfortunate thing regarding sovreign risk. 3 years waiting on a licence. How would you really feel if management did a raise, the proceeds to be used for further studies etc? You would say... Show me the licence I think.

And this is fair enough. I would be unhappy if management invested a single further dollar in this until we get that SML.

And yes Magufuli has back tracked on some of his predecessors loan agreements but that doesn't necessarily simplify things for PEK resources..

I want this to happen and I'm invested here in no small manner, but we need that licence and this is dependent on either a thaw in Chinese/American relations or a diplomatic solution being brokered by the Tanzanians.

I almost wonder if we just sell it to the Chinese as is. $200 million. It sucks. It's not the payoff we are waiting for but a bird in the hand worth 2 in the bush etc etc
