If you ring Invocare to say somebody has passed away they will respond with sensitivity and kindness. They absolutely will not say, "Excellent! What can we sell you?"

This industry is about dealing with people who are going through the worst moments in their lives and have to navigate a forest of regulatory and practical necessities.

So I think perhaps you should tone it down a bit. This is an open forum. You have no idea what personal grief your readers might be dealing with.
