    How about pre sell IO as much as possible, as I just read some where.
    Pre sell 8 mill tonnes @ $40 =$320 mill = pay off the loan
    Use existing cash say 130 mill for work in capital purposes.
    Buy time for some asset sales.
    Pray for IO to go up in the mean time!!!
