Maybe go into receivership and then private buyers pickup up the operation for around $70m (equal to net debt). Then they could forward sell as you say, to fund their buyout or just mothball for awhile. Unfortunately however, nothing in it for shareholders.
On a more positive note, at the last AGM management claimed to have access to almost limitless funding from Singapore, so hopefully it still holds true. We shall see.
