Jindal's bid is unconditional and on-market. Your strategy as a shareholder should be as follows:

    - wait until the last week of Jindal's bid before selling

As an on-market bid Jindal CANNOT withdraw its bid on the market at $0.30 until the bid has closed => there is no risk in hanging on until just before it closes.

Jindal cannot raise or extend its bid in the last week ofthe bid. The bid currently closes 4pm Tues 5 July. Jindal therefore have until a week before that date or raise or extend their bid. ie, 4pm next Tues 28 June.
=> until 28 June there is a chance that Jindal may raise their bid
=> to sell now means missing out on any raised bid

Should 28 June come and go and no raised bid from Jindal then they can only raise their bid if there is a counter-bid.

=> it makes sense, and carries no risk, no wait until after 28 June to sell into the bid.

Selling prior to then means missing out on any raised bid.

If all shareholders wait rather than sell now then Jindal will receive little acceptances prior to 28 June and be incentivised to raise their bid and extend the close date.
