No substantial shareholder notices from either Jindal or Benny Wu since the takeover offer ended, most likely ruling both of them out for the recent trades.
My hunch is that the shares are being bought up by speculators hoping for a second offer, a telling sign being that the buyers refuse to purchase higher than Jindal's last offer of 30c. Can't see Jindal being that fussy with prices if they really wanted to buy more shares on market.
