I wonder if this SP action arises from the 6-8 cents price range.

There seems to be a lot of 100,000 share parcels coming and going.

If a trader aimed at a 1 cent gross margin on each 100,000 parcel - that is $1,000-00 gross profit per parcel - for an outlay of $6/7000-00 for a few weeks.

Over a year such a trader may gross $20K to $30K on that single outlay of $6/7,000-00.

Clearly this strategy would work best when SP is low range and is volatile.

If our trader had to outlay say $30,000 to reap a gross of say $3,000-00 it would not be nearly as attractive.

Just wondering.
