    Hi SG

    This matter of underwriting has come up a bit recently. If it were to occur the company would achieve expected capital but I am unsure as to the effect on current option holders. Sure if it were announced that an underwriter was to take up all unexercised options this would instill confidence and possibly spike the price, but probably leaves those at higher entry point and no liquidity to exercise still out in the cold. Whats your call on this?
