Well (unsurprisingly) you understand completely wrong! I own a hell of a lot of shares, you will find me on the first couple of pages on Mr X.s list . The one everybody calls their leader - I just refuse to have a leader. He's just a representative who lives in the burbs of Melrose Park NSW.
Just because I don't blindly agree with the strategy being pursued or that Mr X cant tie me to my HC listing doesn't mean I don't care or have a voice about my own investment. I have spoken with Mr X many moons ago and am part of the 'group'.
Right now - because of the current strategy and the mix of investors following - I'm not going to derail it. As I have said before, my lawyers have already tried to pursue this through ASIC to no avail, because of where the company has been listed and because of its size. Basically, they don't care.
As I've also said, I hope I'm wrong, and NKP acquiesce to all the demands and we all live happily ever after. I'm just a realist
