You might be right, but I am now beginning to believe that TNG will actually get there - perhaps another 2 years or even three. I think a more experienced management team would have done it more quickly through the negotiation stages and EIS etc but I now really do think we will make it. However, we will not see significant SP increases until we have a committed finance plan in place (IMO).
