Strategy - What happens next!!

A few things could happen here.

1. Nothing happens and the JV continues to production - 24 months. So, KDR tries to go it alone and seeks finance/debt to contrubute to the 50/50JV. Unlikely!


2. Foreign Company/Capital (Most likely Asian/Japanese/AmriecanMajors) seek a stake in the project by providing finance to KDR to assist them in the deal. This could come in the form of a major stake in KDR via a placement (upto20%) and a credit facility or debt faciltiy. This option will effectively reduce KDR's interest in Mt Holland and potential refinery interest.


3. Local Company/Capital(Most Likely BHP or RIO) seek a stake in the project by providing finance to KDR to assist them in the deal. This could come in the form of a major stake in KDR via a placement (Upto20%) and a credit facility or debt faciltiy. This option will effectively reduce KDR's interest in Mt Holland and potential refinery interest.


4. KDR gets taken over by a MAJOR that has the ability to fund the 50% JV and Refinery.
