FWIW SQM Q&A on Q2 19. Seems like they want to flood the market and are pretty coy on costs. In the case of SQM they produce other stuff like potash, solar salts, Iodine so hard to work out and they are not telling. To be fair they talk about 10 different specs so the pricing is "average" as is ORE but their average for Q3 is $10,000. I can only assume they sell a higher proportion of battery spec.
