I look for an entry point where there is a sense of alignment on strategy between board, mgt and major shareholders. This is more important than price. To speculate though, if the decision is care and maintenance for Nifty, the stock could drop a bit before recovering. The devil in detail though of the C and M plan and whether they retain key people or not. Or whether C and M is really a permanent close. Do they give the operation time for the copper market to recover to plus $3 per lb.
