glad i didn't get carried away and jump in at 16 cents recently - this company has yet again released a shocking result (via a newsletter released after market today) Have downgraded their $4.9 million NET PROFIT predicted by "management" (if that's what you call them) just 5 months ago ahead of a $23million capital raising after they wasted millions during the last few years despite earning massive ($260 million) revenues!! the Profit forecasts for JUNE 2004 have gone from almost $5 Million to "a modest profit" ie less then $1 million!! Revenues over xmas went from $158 million to just $93 million !!!! No excuses !!! Management need to be held accountable and step down !!! I appeal to all shareholders (and even non-shareholders!) to email the company and demand the CEO's resignation !! This result is a disgrace and the recent run up in the share price was based on lies from management re: profit forecasts!! at 13.5 cents SRA has market cap of almost $40 miilion or a 2004 PE of probably 40 !!! I wouldn't pay 10 cents - shareholders who were involved in the capital raising deserve better - I held back believing managements expectations were too way too ambitious, and I was right! I just feel sorry for those who fell for the lies!
